i'm such a dork. i just went to my fridge and found out my dark chocolate ritter sport has almonds, not hazelnuts. i've had the hazelnut one before. i'm kind of torn.
anyways, i voted dark whole hazelnut

these guys are pretty good, have only seen them at the weird import shop near my place: https://www.heb.com/product-detail/ritter-sport-55-smooth-from-ghana/2694568
that sounds amazing, can you pick one up for me next time you're there?

Sure

I can only get mint and two nut ones at my shop.I think last time we did a thread on Rittah Schpoart I was investigating how I could increase my supply, but then I must've closed the tab and forgotten forever.

excellent poll. obviously honey salted almonds my habit got so bad i bought other things from the corner shop just to pretend i wasn’t going in to buy three of these at once. sometimes i went to other shops to avoid my problem being seen. can’t be the only one, noticed the other day that some fiend had *hidden* the honey salted almonds behind the frankly dull cornflake version.

the milk chocolate hazelnut is an adequate replacement at a pinch.
How do the cashew rank?
― suggest bainne (gyac), Wednesday, 24 November 2021 09:09 (two years ago) link
Milk chocolate hazelnut is 1st for me just if we go by habit. Cornflake actually wasn't about in the cornershop for much of the year.
Can see cashew becoming a favourite but it's only been stocked there recently xp

Nary a mention of butter biscuit so far itt

I think honey salted almond might be the one for me though I've more often had the whole hazelnut one.
My local lidl has some of the seasonal ones for £1, can confirm 'alpine milk' is pretty decent

I would just like to say that the “spiced biscuit” Christmas one is incredible. Lidl and Wilko both sell them for £1!

cornflake? the fuck?
It seems to be a German thing--my favorite DC specialty store stocks other chocolate-cornflake candy at Christmas time. Do non-USA countries go in for puffed rice in chocolate?
I don't think I've ever had a Ritter, but dark chocolate whole hazelnut for me, on principle.
