Had a drop and then went and played in the ocean, just wading in up to my calves, running away from waves, exploring sea caves etc.
I can't officially recommend that since the ocean is a dangerous place.
But it's the best thing you could possibly do.

Those three LSD trips I mentioned upthread were the only ones I've done so far. I still want to trip once or twice more in my lifetime.
