mavs end of bench is actually pretty interesting… sterling brown, moses brown, frank ntilikina. most teams have like 2-3 guys at the end of their roster who have never played NBA minutes and/or are unplayable. josh green not up to much tho

i need to circle back and correct this--tim hardaway is the 3rd guy on the council, which i'm now realizing is just "the three highest paid players"

the lakers best chance is to let russ cook without lebron all regular season then sit him for the playoffs and have lebron be 100% healthy/energized

sitting lebron against teams like OKC whether he's got an injury or not is exactly what they should be doing. he should prob be skipping a game a week at this point

Losing THT was brutal for them. They're playing Carmelo and Bazemore way too much. Most of Davis's minutes have been at PF where they have no real backup.

i dont know how anyone can watch Deandre over the last 4-5 years and think he has anything left in the tank or that he can help you win in any way shape or form.

i think poly means losing THT to injury. they desperately need THT, nunn and ellington on the court, i'm willing to withhold judgement a bit until we see that. i think nunn in particular is really underrated, dude can PG an offense and score at three levels. he might be their fourth best player. ellington is old but clearly they need shooting.

sure ellington and nunn can score, but they cant defend and bron needs two way players more than anything

They just have no depth at all at PF. Davis and Lebron are their best options and arguably both are out of position there. Anthony certainly is.

They could try to run Doumbouya out there I guess. He can't shoot either though.
