not all of them would be as agressively cut, some of them could have calm transitions. I've never done gifs before tbh, still got plenty of tricks to learn.

Sure can! Actually that’s a good suggestion and what I’ll probably end up with. I did a test with static info/data and the background doing the glitch and it was the best one but didn’t upload.

I am thinking of doing a Tinashe poll but maybe it's wishful thinking that there would be enough voters if hardly any r&b has ever been polled ?

yeah and her legacy isnt really set in stone yet. i was gonna do a jam and lewis one at some point. tinashe maybe just create an albums poll and see where it goes.

If anyone ever updates the list, change my entry from Wussy to music videos. Realistically, I'm so far down the list, it'll never get to me anyway. So keep videos in mind if there's ever one of those lulls where no one in sight steps forward. I'm retired, working part-time, so I can step in immediately.

i will update the list early next year. i will keep you in the running for Wussy and add Music Videos. there is no order any longer, just a list of polls that people signed up for so it's fluid.

Thanks--just drop Wussy altogether. At this point, I think they'd garner about 10 participants.

Music video poll would be amazing. I never had mtv so I missed out on pretty
much all of them. Would love to see ILX’s favorites!

I think it'd be great because they were just so omnipresent for at least a couple of decades...I don't think they are anymore, but it's not like I'm keeping tabs. Balancing the songs themselves and their videos would be interesting (I don't know if you could ever a really love a video if you didn't at least like the song).

The predictable #1/#2 of Dancing In The Street/Friday would be a bit anticlimactic though

Music video poll is a great idea although I feel I haven’t really watched many of them after 2003 or so.

When I'd catch up on each year for my year-end lists, I was often listening to songs via YouTube, so I came across many good ones. (Even that, unfortunately, came to an end when Pazz & Jop went under a couple of years ago.)
