Haha, I was wondering about that too! Weird thing is, I've installed on a vista desktop and an XP lappy, the vista machine gives me that icon, but the XP one gives me a little pipboy face. So who's the beardy?

Ha, nice! Weird thing, when use a program to extract the Cain icon it gets the standard PipBoy head icon instead, so it's kind of oddly hidden. I'm using Windows XP, myself.
