chloe is obv a massive star and her performance on the song is great, but i really wish people would stop hiring murda beatz, his stuff is so rhythmically lifeless and bereft of melodic ideas. it’s to chloe’s credit that she makes it into something that resembles an actual song, not just a “wap” knockoff

video is amazing, tho, with no caveats

i like the song and hope she does well with it, tho i wouldn't call it that great + the beyonce influence/similarity is obvious. it's understandable given the mentorship but we already know that she is capable of much more distinctive work. that said she is a great performer and yes an enchanting *star*

I think the track is fine, but yeah not very distinctive. I prefer the CxH stuff - partly for (of course) the harmonies, but also some of the songwriting is on a higher level.

I think Treat Me is my favourite song of the year so far.

I think C x H were so much better together.

They were great together, but I think this (and In Pieces) are brilliant.
