good points, and an even sadder thing is that most people who consider themselves good chritsians or good whatever their religion is 'sms are mostly genuinely racist homophobes set on destroying the world the is different to their idealistic views, somewhat nazi don't you think? haha there's me having a go at religion again:D

I think the majority of all the religious followers out there have their hearts heading in the right direction, but there is this fundamental and essential connection missing between their ideas and their actions, and that puts the whole thing heading off into this whole other horrible direction. That's not everyone tho.

Obviously julei you've never met anyone who is blatantly racist and doesn't think there is anything wrong with it, or met anyone who just doesn't give a fuck about anything else outside of their own life and thinks that being uninformed about dumb issues like politics and human rights makes them somewhat of an elitest. You've also probably never met a guy who thinks his life is easier because he has no respect for himself or others, because it makes his self-motivated actions that much easier to justify. If you live in a world where EVERYONE hates those things julei, I really do envy you. Tell me where you live so I can move there too.

fifteen years pass...
one month passes...

1) Being invisible to men I find attractive.
2) Being all too visible to panhandlers and randos on the bus.
3) The smell of weed.
4) Whoever programs Landmark E Street (does this person lie awake at night fretting that he/she/other has overlooked a documentary, no matter how obscure or boring? Does this person get a bonus for every foreign-language or independent film that gets passed over to make room for those documentaries?).
5) People in movie theaters who bitch at other people to get off their phones (I find these complaints to be more disruptive than the light from the phones).
6) Garmentos who complain about poor sales yet have 1001 excuses for not making or stocking attractive plus-size clothing.
7) The conspicuously coupled (they can't ALL be keeping up a front while suffering in silence).
8) Fearing that no matter what I do, in whatever situation, it will be WRONG and offensive to SOMEONE.
9) The smell of liver and onions (which someone in my apartment building has for dinner every so often).
10) A certain person in my office who not only does not acknowledge me when I say "Good morning," but a couple of times has been overtly hostile when I took an interest in a public conversation she was having with one of our coworkers.
