Ulrich's Periodicals Directory does not list any databases or indexes for it, and that's where you'd normally look to find out. So I'm guessing it's not in any of the usual databases. This one looks nifty, but it stops in 2000:

I know we've got pretty much every issue at Exeter University Library.

That's no help at all though.

Free Library of Philadelphia has it going back at least ten years, probably a little further. I don't know about indexing. Did you check Ulrich's? That will tell you where things are indexed.

erm actually i have a complete run - but i wd be a bit surprised if many US libraries have all of the first 20 or so issues, it was VERY er "underground" to start with

there is a somewhat cranky online index here, which begins w.#101: there is (or was) an actual real published index for the first 100 issues tho whether it is still available i couldn't say (it is pre-digital)

By "lots" I meant "maybe a couple." Seriously, though, there must be some who have it on microfilm. (Is it commercially available on microfilm? I could check all of these things in about 20 minutes.)
