I’m wondering if people will be more mad at me for having Robocop as my #1 here than ILM was on the Doom poll for not being into his older stuff.

robocop is one of the best films in which over 100 people are shot on screen

i see that robocop only kills 28 in the first one, i will have to retract that

i'm excited to share my ballot because it features jurassic park as the #23 greatest movie of all time, as the sole representative of steven spielberg's career

Mine literally involved mere minutes of selecting 125 from the noms list. (Maybe not quite, but it was all within 24 hours of noticing the thread *very* recently. One of these days decades I hope to grow more attentive to the ILE bit of ILX, lol.)

TIFF (when it was Cinematheque Ontario) originally named the various membership levels after classic directors. One of my film professors cancelled his membership when they changed the name of the basic level from "Griffith" to "Ince".
