Voted Frank over Oblivion, Inspector Norse, Parquet Courts, and Feels Like We Only Go Backwards, because that falsetto is unbeatable.

"I Love It" hits as hard now as it did the first day I heard it, eternal classic

Want to give "Emmylou" some love as I doubt it will even get a vote but there are just too many good songs on here. I like that there is a Spotify link, going to try and listen to a few of my favorites again before making up my mind.

Kendrick Lamar - "Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe" would have gotten my vote. nowadays, I consume so much music and paradoxically (pre-pandemic) had so little time to listen to it, that it made little sense for me to say "such and such was the album that best represented <year>" anymore, but Good Kid, m.a.a.d. City was a rare exception, as I spun the fuck out of that for over a year.

There is a whole bunch of songs with zero votes that are straight excellent. 2012 was a special year.

"Adorn" is jam of the decade. Better list than the others posted so far.

"I Love It" is objectively terrible.

Inspector Norse was a zeitgeist hit on dance floors everywhere - at least the ones I frequented. I heard it in the wild out in the park just last weekend
