24.5 = normal (just)

since xmas i now fast walk 4km a day (40 mins), and that has definitely helped me get back down to my usual 75kg as i had put on a couple of red wine enhanced kilos over lockdown.
but seems like the daily walk has helped me find the balance between enjoying wine and exercise.

BMI is such an inaccurate tool it can't be used for any purpose that requires real data.
