in my mind, it's always "on the mark" and not "on the money"

Clearly it means 'on the mend', as in 'your posts sucked so far but they're getting better'.

Anyway, I've tried to get like-minded irl friends (all of whom are heavily left-leaning – sorry, unperson) to check out ILX but they're just not into online discussions with perfect strangers, nor are they criminally addicted music obsessives, so 🤷.

Personal "pin bookmarked thread" option. Sometimes I want to keep a thread easily accessible even without new posts, and find myself bookmarking the second-to-last post in a thread to keep it in view -- in which case it clutters up the regular updated-bookmarks list and doesn't show whether there are actual new posts. My pinned threads could be e.g. in a separate list above the regular updated-bookmarks list, and ideally also have a marker for whether it has new posts.
