The D string, which is always the first to go. Not sure how she did it, think probably she was attacking it, but perhaps she was just rubbing up against it. I only had one pack left of the strings I had been using, and since the guy who had the formula died further replacements seem to be unavailable, but then I did find some and it seems they came back to life just last month, albeit with a new cover model.
