love bullion but was let down by the single

yeah single is underwhelming, he can do better

not sure I love the song as a standalone, but the way their voices combine in the verses is totally pressing my prefab sprout buttons (even though the chorus sounds more like deacon blue)

the album's out to press and on first listen, it's a huge disappointment
formess, and without the sonic inventiveness that made me so enjoy his work as recently as with Ben Howard
