- Lagabière (St-Jean)

I've got a nostalgic soft spot for that era, but we've come a long way, no doubt about it. Average dep selection is on a whole other level these days.

im gonna keep an eye out for some of these next time i am picking up! i am lucky enough to live near an above average beer dep (not peluso level, but pretty good) and its maybe time for me to break out of my quar defaults which have mostly been like... cheap domestics and sometimes those archibald mix packs

i went to the dep to get supplies, wandered to the beer and... realized i didn't bring my phone. oops! but for some reason they had rodenbach grand cru in stock???? so uhh it's not from quebec but thats what im currently enjoying! not sure ive ever seen it in mtl
