facebook is now weirding me out. too much school :/

i got send a friend request quite randomly by an english guy. turns out he was searching for a nz friend and the search engine threw up my name (true? or a line? i dunno). so we got talking and now he wants to take me out for coffee (he lives in my city). but he's an adrenalin junkie and i'm a lazy bitch. maybe he's just trawling the net for potential shags??

I don't think I'll ever be joining Facebook, despite having been invited to by one friend recently. Its one online area I don't feel like I belong in for various reasons.

one of my friends who claims 'complicated' status is having a fucking kid and moving in with the one he's 'complicated' with. i think it's usually a desperate bid to appear interesting.

my 'complicated' status is for a couple of reasons: firstly, because i'm in this more-than-friends thing with someone who lives in another country. we have no exclusive relationship, but he's the shizzle and i have no interest in casual flings with anyone else. secondly, i won't rule out meeting someone and falling for them, but the truth is that i'm totally into someone else, and i don't want to lie about it. at least this way, the subject comes up right away, so the other person knows where they stand.
