oooh, that's the stuff! the Schweizerdeutschness of “Kägi” was brilliant enough in itself, but this adds another sweet layer of Swissness to it. the pun is most definitely intended.

does seem most likely that it’s a fan-made thing tho, since this album has all the looks of a bootleg. it is mentioned on Keaggy’s Wikipedia page, but neither his website nor Discogs lists it.
