I've read nothing. Tempted to give Wodehouse a vote because, really, are there bad Wodehouse novels?

I've read bits of the Reverdy, a sadly underrated poet if ever there was one, and Under Fire is an intriguing precursor to the WW1 sequences of Céline's Journey to the End of the Night. Voting for the former.

Growth of the Soil by Hamsun is a fine novel. It attempts mythologizing, which is brave in an author, but ultimately it falls back into romanticizing, which is acceptable when done well. Hamsun did it well in GotS. He got progressively worse at it in later years.
