Throwing Muses - ST - the inevitable poll

I used to love this record, but not so much anymore.

Hey guys, Bimble really wants to post in this thread but can't, so I'm posting instead. Also, I've never heard of Throwing Muses before, but because of Bimble's encouragement, I'm gonna check them out.

Stand Up is the only track in this record that should have been left out.

theres always this element in some of TM best songs,where they change gears and style in the middle of the song.
on one hand - it makes the songs more interesting, and the other hand - sometimes i wish the hooks/verses would continue again (and again...)
(call me,hook,finished...etc...)

maybe thats the reason i chose Fear - it's compressed and accurate to perfection.nothing to add or remove from it.

band members were only 20 years old when they recorded this record.

can't believe green only got one vote. always thought that was the casual fan's fave. or maybe it was years ago anyway. some of tanya's showstoppers definitely got more play on college radio and i wonder if this used to bum her sis out.

i always loved green cuz it reminded me of my hero jo kennedy on the starstruck soundtrack. (starstruck soundtrack being one of my top 20 albums of the 80's. along with muses debut.)
