(I know why I hate it. It's being shared by friends who are mostly out-of-work actors, non-asshole middle-aged men with good hearts who are probably having a rough year, ones who are looking for some glimmer of fun and fulfillment and a way to socialize with booze, connect in a year or disconnection, and here they are caught up in this. And I don't want to be the one in the comments to make them feel ashamed for getting excited about something, and I imagine them recoiling into a deeper winter funk when it doesn't pan out.)

I will honestly say that I love going to bed early. Going to bed at 9 is awesome.

lol i love it too. i hate staying up late and i'm a big morning person. i am in bed by 8:30 most weeknights.

i've probably seen more dawns than sunsets over the past year. fuck the night time, it's dark and cold. long live day time and the sun.

recently i re-followed a bunch of people on facebook that i unfollowed for reasons i forgot, and now i'm remembering why i unfollowed those people.

i really like spying on my 'suggested friends.' lately it's throwing up a lot of bear-type thotties because i was super shallow and friended this guy i don't know because of his insanely attractive face. (once i could see his profile i realized he is super boring lol).

Not everyone needs the same amount of sleep? Also, I spent most of my years from 18-30 staying up very late nearly all the time. It was only when I started having to get up for early work that I realized, 'oh wait I like the morning better, night time kind of sucks'

if I go to bed prior to midnight, i can't sleep. if I go to bed past 1:30 am, i will struggle to get to sleep.

i have a 30 minute pocket that I have to hit or else it's gonna be a long night.

this is due to years of working from home, when I was office bound i had to be in bed earlier.

I am typically exhausted at 9 or 9:30, but for various marital reasons I usually wait until 10:30 to retire.

My son is usually awake and making demands at 4:00 AM.

On normal days that's the pattern, but on a night when I am playing music (performing, recording, rehearsing) the dynamic flips and I become the night person.

I wish I could sleep all day and stay up all night but working an office job where everyone else works 9-5 that wont work.

all the music stuff i like takes place at night, but i'm allergic to the night, so it's a struggle.

feel like it's genuinely rare to meet another morning person. most people i know (creative types) are very much night owls.

things is with me, the moment midnight hits, my energy cuts in half, like, almost immediately. and it usually comes out of nowhere.

map, i have almost completely stopped going to music events in the past few years as a result of my dislike of staying up late. i haven't gone to a late-night dance party since 2017!
