NFL might be better without the fans, it cuts down on the other chitchat and focuses on the field.

First couple of weeks I grazed by for a few minutes. I watched 3/4 of the Bears/Falcons game this week and Dallas/Seattle was on where I went tonight.

I was doubtful when the NBA came back, but after the first game I watched I was ecstatic. It was like a lifeline to pre-COVID life. I didn't get that feeling watching the first week of NFL. The piped-in crowd noise, pointless season-ending injuries, and boring predictability of (most of) the games have had me feeling less enthusiastic every week. There have been a few entertaining games, though.

Nick Foles is not accurate. Bears just need to go old skool Tom Landry or like college coaches used to do all the time and swap them out if they get cold.

They should have pulled Foles in the 4th quarter, as they were lifeless and the Colts defense was shuttering them in. I think having a bit of mobility at QB might have busted a play open.

Neither one is all that good, I don't think Foles has done any more than Mitch T. with the Bears.

I'm looking forward to seeing the Colts play some good clubs, as they look pretty stout on both lines and have some good players on D.

Cowboys defense is shredded. Cleveland pushed them around like they had Jim Brown running yesterday.

funniest thing about this game was the reveal that Andy Dalton will make a million bucks if the Cowboys limp into the playoffs at 6-10

i get that firing gase won't necessarily make things better -- especially if greggg williams were to become interim coach -- but i see no likely wins in the jets' remaining 10 games
