I'll have you know that the hat I'm wearing there bright pink, not red, and it's foolproof hummingbird bait. I've even had a hummingbird land right on it when I had it off, sitting on the ground beside me. The bird seemed briefly flummoxed, then disgusted, then flew off in an obvious huff. I've also had hummingbirds spot me from 100 yards away across a mountain meadow and make a beeline for me, only to veer off in surprise when they got about 3 feet away from me.

Before this year, most cruise ships would sail for decades before being scrapped, but the COVID-19 pandemic and government-issued “no sail” policies have brought the cruise industry to a halt, forcing many companies to downsize their fleets. Ships that arrive at Aliaga are torn apart and all items inside are removed and sold to other businesses or collectors. You’ll notice an additional ship has been added to the more recent, zoomed-in shot that’s shown here first.
