I've never heard of Bognor or indeed a lot of the TV stuff they broadcast, making me think a lot of them were only shown on regional TV.

I thought with that description it was a comedy (also lol a character named “Bognor”) but Wikipedia tells me it’s a drama!

youtube has the opening and closing two episodes, gives a bit of the flavour

tbf it seems to be a light-comedy/mystery hybrid thing, along the lines of Lovejoy or something?
