This was amazing. Surreal widescreen American mosaic that reminded me of Buñuel, Bresson, and Bruno Dumont. A great film. Drop all baggage or opinions you may have about Miranda July and see this movie for what it is: at once completely inscrutable and warm & direct & unpretentious. One of the best films of the year (that I've seen--not nearly as many as past years).
