I saw this at Fantasia for what I assume was its North American premiere. Not much good on its own, but interesting as a double feature with another, *very* different movie touching on Serbian history from (iirc) the same screenwriter, Tears for Sale.

Black Bomber is a pirate radio DJ who broadcasts subversive anti-govt messages and falls in love with the frontwoman of a punk rock band. He also suffers from "black spots" that prevent him from remembering any good times he's had, and so walks around with a walkman to try to record them. Tiyl: Repo Man, Tank Girl, Blade Runner.
