Yes, iirc Guardian report yesterday said he was taking advice from his lawyers.

His lawyer is Martin Lewis iirc so i wouldn't completely rule it out but any normal one would tell him to drop it.

I believe Jessie took some shit for her continued Labour support. I'm not sure Twitter has made the connection yet but kinda feel sorry for her if someone does decide to instigate a pile-on.

Wonder if McNicol has a chance to win the action against Labour. The party finances will be in a worse shape (not least because many will have left), but maybe that's the chance to get big money back in.
