Just saw him say his signature line in The Searchers in a scene in the Romanian movie The Whistlers, “I’ve been baptized, Reverend, I’ve been baptized.” Also, hadn’t remembered him being on Twin Peaks.

Just saw Pangborn as a professional co-respondant (who claims to 1) be married and 2) working his way through college) in Unknown Blonde (Hobart, 1934). Mind you, in this film Edward Arnold also does similar duty.
