I feel like a lot of people are pretending this means getting rid of Phil Collins entirely. It doesn't! It means starting over with a whole new Phil Collins, from the ground up.

The way things are now, he's being asked to do the jobs of like five different people. Not just drum—which he was trained for—but sing, do cool dances and funny voiceover work, collect Alamo memorabilia. All that other stuff—that's what Danny Devito is for. No wonder he has a temper!
