wow! I feel like I'm the only person out of anyone I know who's listening to this. I will say it does come alive when the weather is pleasurably warm.

I just feel like I've never heard music that sounds exactly like this (and enjoy it so much!) -- feels so singular to her ear and her musical sensibilities

I really like this, the hooks are a lot stronger than anything she's done before

she has a new EP called Save Me that's getting released this Friday, and the pre-release tracks have been some of the best stuff she's ever done. it feels like a culmination of all the sounds and sensibilities she's explored throughout her records.

It's really solid. Nothing beats "Dance For You" but the song with Jim-E Stack comes close.

At the height of my "Dance For You" obsession last month I revisited her two previous albums, and the 2020 one in particular is so good and I think extremely underappreciated.

Yeah, the 2020 album is great. I wore it out at the time, need to go back to it. (Not least because I just bought tix to see her opening for CRJ in October.)
