i am so gonna need a home cut in the next week, but i feel like this is the most socially acceptable time to be unkempt this century

I was torn between growing wild and shaving it off given I'm isolating for 12 weeks minimum. I have decided not to shave the chin so I'll post a grey beard update in a week or so

on the same night as that photo, i realized my hair was falling out in clumps! first hair loss i've had, i think, that i've noticed at least. i think it's stress. my plan is to keep growing the top out and make my hair into a greasy, inpenetrable fortress. the inside will be bare and rotten, but no one will be able to see over the lip of the volcano, let alone willing to put their hands down into that greasetrap and expose the helmetless-darth-vaderesque pale skin underneath. then i will be comfortable!
