I'll have a look. it wasn't twisted metal as it wasn't a combat game, it was a racing game, where you raced on public roads, it wasn't sandboxy (there was the occasional fork in the road but only very limited in scope) but you definitely crashed through boxes and stuff as part of the game. I think it's been forgotten because it wasn't very good. I think I played it mainly on a demo disco circa 1997
