Yet another year where I'm the only voter for my #1. I kinda thought it had a shot, but I guess I feel like that every year unless it's a Danish hit I'm voting for. Also a bit sad we didn't manage to get Inhliziyo Yami Ithi Hey on there, I felt that was the closest to an Akrakabo I heard this year. And honestly it's not really that close, but still. Great song.

Discovered this on the Spotify playlist - some real "Inspector Norse" vibes. Got way deep on Blue Spring and ended up voting for that in the albums poll instead of "Sharks," even though I think it's probably the best song. Blue Spring felt special and of a piece, and I had way too many tracks to consider already.
