that's a classic example of the Mandela effect, isn't it? every couple of years some verified funnyman will tweet something like, "hol' up, are you seriously fucking telling me that the first line of 'One Week' ISN'T 'it's been one week...'!?!?!? MY ENTIRE LIFE IS A LIE" — and half of twitter will erupt in a chorus of "oh shit, he's right"s. they're technically not wrong (and fwiw I seem to have been implanted with the same "false memory" of the lyric), but it's hard not to see it as a trollish attempt to get people to voluntarily listen to that idiotic BNL song
