i have a terrible phobia of my achilles just popping one day like i dont even want to think about it at all

i had a minor achilles injury from running a few years ago and even that pretty much sucked

opted against surgery cos i had bad recovery on ankle/knee surgery ten+ years ago

so it just healed fine on its own

its crazy jalen brunsen is exactly a young jj barea

yup. just had to boot it for like 6 months. sleeping with the boot was the worst. podiatrist told me a complete tear can heal on its own too which was/is mindblowing to me.
