he's from This Morning With Richard, Not Judy which was a very funny Sunday lunchtime show written and presented by Stewart Lee and Richard Herring that ran on BBC2 for a while around 5/6 years ago and is actually called The Curious Orange (his segment of the show was poredictably accompanied by that Fall song) tho i forget the name of the actor who plays him.

His motives may not be entirely villainous, but he's still the antagonist in the stories he appears in.

You could say the same about Shere Khan. It's not his fault that he's a badass tiger with a taste for the flesh of man-cubs.
