there's a school of thought that all money is dirty money, just as all money is fungible, therefore all money is equally amoral. that's different from saying accepting dirty money is *moral*, but the tweeter may not recognize this difference and may not be reporting the sentiments of those people accurately.

the idea is to think of how many more scurrilous pamphlets the nazis might have been able to publish had you not convinced them to divert money to purely scientific interests like the engineering of rocket guidance systems

The front page of most UK papers today is the report from the FBI that Prince Andrew has completely refused to co-operate with the investigation at all.

i would have thought that andrew, as a veteran female body inspector, would have jumped at the chance
