there seems to be a discrepancy between “you’re not cool enough to be invited” and the giant tourism campaign this PR blitz is supporting which is basically inviting everyone to Saudi

recently twitter has started showing me tweets of popular accounts that ppl who i follow follow. so like not pbf comics retweeting a trump tweet but multiple trump tweets when i open twitter bc pbf happens to follow trump and i happen to follow pbf. this is ruining twitter. is there something i can toggle to turn this "feature" off

switch from home to latest tweets and all that nonsense goes away

if you use Twitter on a computer, log in using tweetdeck. no algorithm shit or ads.

maybe I just don't know how to use it, but I never liked the layout of tweedeck

'latest tweets' works for me

the key to tweetdeck godhead status is using lists. i use them to create categories which spreads out the tweets horizontally. if you follow a lot of accounts, this makes it a lot easier to digest

you delete or you stand ground and make a new account. if they don't give you the delete option then you're pretty much fucked iirc

Yes I believe I talk about it upthread. Jokey threat to David Cross. Appeal was obv never reviewed by a human. Appealed several times. Still suspended. It's been months. I delete the app cause fuck these dipshits. Don't miss it at all.
