Oh you should see the Heaney doc Gyac, I thought it was brilliant. A pastoral portrait of the poet through the eyes of his wife and brothers. Slow poetry readings. Images of peat and bogs. How handsome he was! Winning doc imo, hope you recorded it.

It was 12 years ago today, that I broke my ankle on mad friday by trying to jump up some steps rather than sensibly walking up them after supping a skinful at work. Dud imo!

anyway, hangover, drank more than i shd've but it was ok in the circumstances, most of the remorse was chemical. i've actually had to do a bunch of grown-up sorting my life out phone calls the last couple of days and alongside the usual pre-Christmas chores every ounce of me wanted to retire under the duvet but shit i made it i feel well not strong but y'know :D :D :D

I grew up in the Midlands so it's Mom. Still on PS3 tbh but I got Atelier Meruru for my birthday and I'm deeply in love with it.

ive been pondering how much of an investment it would take to get a PS2 era pro evo operating without actually having a PS2 within mrs macs eyeline

I keep thinking about getting that HD reboot of the MGSes, our Joel loves them but I dunno if I'm patient enough. They look beautifully mad tho.

xp strong recommend, they’re ludicrous. Full of what the fuck moments all over from start to finish (including the Irish language song over the credits of MGS)

emulator would require me to up the juice on my under-tv pc and i cannot justify it tbh

And I've finally got my head around last year's Football Manager so I'm not short of frivolous distractions atm
