word was that he got some pretty good offers, i think the kings took a run at him

micah, Monday, 2 December 2019 09:11 (four years ago) link

could be worse for Collison, at least he's looking at a heaven with Prince and 143,998 other dudes.

Evans on Hammond (evol j), Monday, 2 December 2019 19:50 (four years ago) link

also: apparently made 20 mill in the last two years before he retired.

Fuck the NRA (ulysses), Monday, 2 December 2019 20:51 (four years ago) link

congratulations to carmelo anthony, your western conference player of the week

k3vin k., Monday, 2 December 2019 21:10 (four years ago) link

that’s highly ridiculous

Clay, Monday, 2 December 2019 21:14 (four years ago) link

Back at it champ

omar little, Monday, 2 December 2019 21:15 (four years ago) link

Evan Fournier lowkey having the contract push of the season

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 2 December 2019 21:36 (four years ago) link

ok, the warriors are very sad. that's all.

that's not my post, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 02:19 (four years ago) link

They’re doing the right thing but it is pretty wild the way things have gone down since game 5 of the finals

DLo+Dray+1st pick for Giannis?

Fetchboy, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 02:38 (four years ago) link

bucks only doing that if they know giannis gone

peloton for the painfully alone (m bison), Tuesday, 3 December 2019 02:42 (four years ago) link

dubs would need to throw in another 1st rounder or two as well

peloton for the painfully alone (m bison), Tuesday, 3 December 2019 02:43 (four years ago) link

dont think you can trade giannis unless you're forced to and also you get 10k draft picks back

#CrustaceanNation (Clay), Tuesday, 3 December 2019 02:43 (four years ago) link

i’m v jealous of dubs fans bc their team knows they need to tank this year for the greater good. my bumass team still wants to “figure things out” with their bumass former borderline all-stars.

I’m watching on DVR so only in the second quarter, but this Dubs/Hawks game is just some trash basketball. I await the supercut.

DJI, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 03:10 (four years ago) link

Jordan Poole hasn’t made a shot yet this whole season iirc

boylen is BRUTAL

peloton for the painfully alone (m bison), Tuesday, 3 December 2019 03:51 (four years ago) link

feel bad for the guy man how do you not just resign

k3vin k., Tuesday, 3 December 2019 04:00 (four years ago) link

Looking at the list of post-Phil head coaches for the Bulls and it’s just an uninspired group of bland unqualified mediocrities plus despised taskmaster Thibs. Boylen makes one long for them to bring in someone more respectable like David Blatt or maybe a third unknown Van Gundy or Derek Fisher.

omar little, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 04:15 (four years ago) link

prob not in any position to turn down the $$$ xp

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 04:19 (four years ago) link

extending boylen was patently insane from the jump. the bulls are one of the worst franchises in the league at this point.

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 3 December 2019 04:32 (four years ago) link

he provoked a mutiny his first week on the job! lol

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 04:34 (four years ago) link

lol something about boylen strikes me as a guy who owes the wrong people too much money

#CrustaceanNation (Clay), Tuesday, 3 December 2019 04:37 (four years ago) link

cld see him wagering sums

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 04:45 (four years ago) link

the bulls owe the wrong person (him) too much money

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 3 December 2019 04:58 (four years ago) link

feels like the bulls employ him because they hate basketball and want their players to suffer

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 05:00 (four years ago) link

The melo player of the week thing is hilarious

de-mamba mentality (Spottie), Tuesday, 3 December 2019 05:46 (four years ago) link

They're currently 6th in attendance. Why pay for good head coaches, that's for suckers.

A True White Kid that can Jump (Granny Dainger), Tuesday, 3 December 2019 08:08 (four years ago) link

guys can we not talk about trading Giannis

frogbs, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:19 (four years ago) link

bucks are totally shredding the league and no ones really talking about it fwiw

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:25 (four years ago) link

luka is the hot new toy.

de-mamba mentality (Spottie), Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:27 (four years ago) link

weve also seen this before from the bucks then they ran into playoff kawhi

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:30 (four years ago) link

wonder if getting giannis more post touches might be good, he does a lot of dribbling into the post type moves which maybe is a little easier on the defense

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:33 (four years ago) link

weve also seen this before from the bucks then they ran into playoff kawhi fred van vleet

frogbs, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:36 (four years ago) link

yeah i mean when youre getting lit up by fred yr shit is prob just not working

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:37 (four years ago) link

have a hard time seeing the bucks beating the heathy clippers but the good news for them is the clippers stars are both injury prone

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:37 (four years ago) link

the thing with giannis is hes unstoppable in transition which by nature makes him a better regular season than playoff player

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:41 (four years ago) link

Milwaukee's biggest liability in a big playoff series is Eric Bledsoe, I dunno if he just gets the yips or what but his stroke is just way off when the pressure's on. even worse when he makes a run-and-gun 3 early and then proceeds to brick 8 in a row before half. if he's bad again this year and they get bounced I'm sure the "should they have kept Brogdon instead" talk will go the entire offseason

frogbs, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:43 (four years ago) link

well he is a coward

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:44 (four years ago) link

still im not sure giannis has ever proven that he can "get buckets when all the chips are in" like bron or kawhi

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:45 (four years ago) link

"should they have kept Brogdon instead"

was this an actual possibility

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:45 (four years ago) link

still im not sure giannis has ever proven that he can "get buckets when all the chips are in" like bron or kawhi

true but hes still only 24 years old

honestly I don't know how any front office stuff works but I remember when Bledsoe got his extension last year there was a lot of talk about how that money should've been used to retain Brogdon instead

frogbs, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:49 (four years ago) link

still im not sure giannis has ever proven that he can "get buckets when all the chips are in" like bron or kawhi

That really isn’t bron’s thing

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:50 (four years ago) link

yeah i think brogdon wanted out after they went all in on bledsoe

de-mamba mentality (Spottie), Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:51 (four years ago) link

trading for and spending big on bledsoe is the type of small mistake that keeps a team out of the winners circle

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:51 (four years ago) link

That really isn’t bron’s thing

― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, December 3, 2019 11:50 AM (forty-six seconds ago) bookmarkflaglink

its one of his many things

lag∞n, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:52 (four years ago) link

Kyrie and Ray Allen were pretty good at it for him

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 3 December 2019 16:52 (four years ago) link

Honestly can’t remember Lebron hitting a big shot in the playoffs. I’m sure it happened in some of his 300 career playoff games
