I'm on record as being skeptical of the whole tanking strategy, not just for Portland this season, but any time for any team. Not every team's fans are going to be as willing as sixer fans to cheerfully participate in a deliberate multi-season train wreck, and it demoralizes the players and coaches too.

Said this a million times but one of the most disappointing parts of this season is how poorly the Bulls have developed Wendell Carter's shooting. I watched most of the second-half of that Raptors-Sixers game last night...Embiid was 0-11 from the field (0-4 on 3s), 0-3 from the line--zero points in 32 minutes. That must be some kind of record for a player of that stature.

Still only a casual fan, but the Raptors are so fun to watch when I do tune in. VanVleet, Siakam, and a bunch of new guys off the bench I've never heard of--something's always happening, and they're still winning with these injuries.

Siakim and FVV have both made a leap its great to see.

id take beal over butler, hes scoring 10 more ppg on 8 points higher efg% this season
