Guys I’m really enjoying Trae this year

Heez, Sunday, 27 October 2019 19:32 (four years ago) link

First, Ja Morant tough finish ties game with seconds left, barks at Kyrie.
Then stuffs him at buzzer.

People using this GSW season to slander Steph’s legacy, I hate to see it

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 00:47 (four years ago) link

a fun exercise for some writer this season will be to figure out if a player as good as steph has ever played with a roster this bad

call all destroyer, Monday, 28 October 2019 00:54 (four years ago) link

smh shd be using this opportunity to slander dray xp

lag∞n, Monday, 28 October 2019 00:56 (four years ago) link

Kobe isn’t in Steph’s league

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:04 (four years ago) link

If the warriors are a 30 win team that really may be the first time that’s happened with a top 10 all-time player near his prime

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:07 (four years ago) link

bron had some worse teams def

lag∞n, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:12 (four years ago) link

he was real young tho, hadn't figured out the game or himself the way steph has at this point

Clay, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:15 (four years ago) link

This was a worse roster. Would not win 35 games in the 2019 west

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:17 (four years ago) link

so the blazers closing lineup now features bazemore, hood, and hezonja?

micah, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:34 (four years ago) link

the '08 cavs definitely come to mind. we'll need some time to see how bad the other warriors actually are but the falloff from their top 4 guys to guys who aren't nba players is more extreme than any team i can remember.

call all destroyer, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:49 (four years ago) link

btw nice win for the grizz at the buzzer!

call all destroyer, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:51 (four years ago) link

blazers added so many new guys i'm pretty sure they'll be doing lineup tweaks deep into winter xps

Clay, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:51 (four years ago) link

this warriors team is the exact type of hangover you should have to deal with after hollowing your team out to run 4 all stars

ciderpress, Monday, 28 October 2019 02:12 (four years ago) link

what clay said. also, stotts is known for riding with any player(s) who he thinks is playing well.

A is for (Aimless), Monday, 28 October 2019 02:12 (four years ago) link

blazers won tonight partially because of a well-deployed coach's challenge from stotts, so i guess that really is a thing now

Clay, Monday, 28 October 2019 02:15 (four years ago) link

Wiggins had a big game
this Wolves team is fun

Blues Guitar Solo Heatmap (Free Download) (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Monday, 28 October 2019 02:33 (four years ago) link

Warriors roster already gutted now missing 3 of their rotation players... it’s not pretty. D lo got ejected. Kerr refusing to change his system so far. Need high iq players to run his thing and we have two of those at the moment, Curry’s gravity don’t mean a thing if it’s to get random rookies and journeymen an open look. Run and gun and high pnr with curry dray or d lo dray is the only way this team will succeed for now. they can’t defend and can’t rebound. Luckily the nba is cool and other teams are fun to watch.

Also:

Anthony Davis headed to the locker room early with an apparent injury to his shoulder according to a source close to the team #Lakers

the warriors will be better, it's been 3 games

J0rdan S., Monday, 28 October 2019 04:16 (four years ago) link

*2 games

de-mamba mentality (Spottie), Monday, 28 October 2019 04:23 (four years ago) link

steph sure does look bummed out tho

Fuck the NRA (ulysses), Monday, 28 October 2019 05:21 (four years ago) link

they cld be better and still be bad

lag∞n, Monday, 28 October 2019 05:39 (four years ago) link

it will be tough for them to make the playoffs

J0rdan S., Monday, 28 October 2019 07:25 (four years ago) link

there's still only 7 teams in the west i'd say are definitively better than them (nuggets, rockets, clippers, lakers, blazers, jazz, spurs) but you could arguably count dallas at this point. the margins are very thin.

J0rdan S., Monday, 28 October 2019 07:29 (four years ago) link

the zion injury probably eliminated one challenger at least

J0rdan S., Monday, 28 October 2019 07:30 (four years ago) link

I don’t think the warriors can do it unless WCS really works which I do think is possible

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 14:31 (four years ago) link

i'm bullish on dallas as per my prediction post

ciderpress, Monday, 28 October 2019 14:32 (four years ago) link

kings are also maybe capable of doing stuff

ciderpress, Monday, 28 October 2019 14:34 (four years ago) link

Idk what’s going on with the Kings, expected a strong start from them

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 14:37 (four years ago) link

One of the exciting things about this season is how it feels like the games already matter given how close the West was last year

yeah they look nice, luka-zinger is some sort of euro fever dream

lag∞n, Monday, 28 October 2019 15:36 (four years ago) link

I would still be pretty surprised if Porzingis makes it through the season without some major injury

(•̪●) (carne asada), Monday, 28 October 2019 15:40 (four years ago) link

Porzingis looks unguardable, especially when they post him up at the baseline. That’s what they should be going with in clutch situations imo (especially if the other option is Doncic iso stepbacks)

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 15:41 (four years ago) link

Porzingis growing another inch since his rookie year is really surreal to see

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 15:42 (four years ago) link

will be surprised and elated if zing makes it to the allstar break unscathed; i imagine teams are going to start violently bodying him from now on

Fuck the NRA (ulysses), Monday, 28 October 2019 15:55 (four years ago) link

nba blitz

ciderpress, Monday, 28 October 2019 15:57 (four years ago) link

not sure if theres any point to it or even if its a good idea but zinger shooting a step back 3 is just completely uncontestable

lag∞n, Monday, 28 October 2019 16:03 (four years ago) link

he also hit one from ~35ft yesterday

lol no one —violently bodies— in the nba anymore

lag∞n, Monday, 28 October 2019 16:16 (four years ago) link

but yeah zinger will prob not last long due too being too tall

lag∞n, Monday, 28 October 2019 16:21 (four years ago) link

Jumping up and down repeatedly is the wear and tear for zinger

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 16:21 (four years ago) link

pretty much any player who's been in the nba for 3 seasons can handle the physicality of the game, i always think that point is overplayed (i.e. when ppl used to say you just need to knock steph curry down)
