Fuck the NRA (ulysses), Sunday, 27 October 2019 03:09 (four years ago) link

if sacto had one random good season while the celtics owned their draft pick then go back to sucking well ef that imo

lag∞n, Sunday, 27 October 2019 03:18 (four years ago) link

the ultimate question with them is whether bledsoe is gonna play up to what they’re paying him... he’s taking as many shots as guys they’re paying far less money

when u go ahead and look at the bucks roster u gotta be thinking that maybe giannis wont be playing there for that much longer

kawhi is on the bench for some reason?

micah, Sunday, 27 October 2019 04:40 (four years ago) link

Maybe that Denver win last night wasn't that bad?

Luke Walton is bad. Joerger got hosed.

Oh boy

The Warriors' center rotation endured another blow today, as Kevon Looney will miss the next two games — and likely longer — with a "neuropathic condition" that has affected his right hamstring. https://t.co/jYlc94vFvV

he's def already hinted at it, that said every team in the east is pretty flawed. i think i'd still take giannis + middleton over the sixers out of the east since at least those 2 can get/make shots

The bucks roster makes a lot of sense and I think they’re probably gonna make the finals but yeah it would be nice to have a promising 4/5 on the team under 30

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 27 October 2019 16:11 (four years ago) link

youd like to have yr second best player be better than middleton

lag∞n, Sunday, 27 October 2019 16:16 (four years ago) link

I’m a Middleton stan but yeah. It also seems like last year’s playoffs broke Bledsoe

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 27 October 2019 16:20 (four years ago) link

Choosing bled over brogdon will be the downfall of The Bucks

de-mamba mentality (Spottie), Sunday, 27 October 2019 16:48 (four years ago) link

feels like the sort of marginally more all-in decision you only make if you know giannis is leaving

ciderpress, Sunday, 27 October 2019 17:04 (four years ago) link

Is brogdon actually good tho

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 27 October 2019 17:07 (four years ago) link

If Brogdon is the truth then the pacers are really intriguing

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 27 October 2019 17:09 (four years ago) link

hes def not the truth, he is solid tho

lag∞n, Sunday, 27 October 2019 17:11 (four years ago) link

a 3&d point guard is kinda a weird thing, gotta have the right roster

lag∞n, Sunday, 27 October 2019 17:12 (four years ago) link

really depends on when and how oladipo returns

ciderpress, Sunday, 27 October 2019 17:23 (four years ago) link

i've sort of come around on the idea that the bucks trading the opportunity to sign a 26 year old PG w/ recurring foot injuries to a $90m deal for 3 draft picks might be a good deal, we'll see how the season pays out

J0rdan S., Sunday, 27 October 2019 17:27 (four years ago) link

even tho it's pretty hard to disconnect them, it's possible the bucks made the wrong decision to sign bledsoe *and* the right decision to trade brogdon... this is one of those things that's hard to evaluate from the outside bcuz it's so dependent on medicals

J0rdan S., Sunday, 27 October 2019 17:29 (four years ago) link

for both players, really... bled had knee surgery iirc

J0rdan S., Sunday, 27 October 2019 17:29 (four years ago) link

brogdon felt like an overpay but in theory he's the absolute perfect fit next to oladipo. really rolling the dice on both those guys health which is not a gamble i love but appropriate for a small market team.

call all destroyer, Sunday, 27 October 2019 18:21 (four years ago) link

Oladipo will be fine imo

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 27 October 2019 18:35 (four years ago) link

Guys I’m really enjoying Trae this year

Heez, Sunday, 27 October 2019 19:32 (four years ago) link

holy heck the warriors are down 33 at the half

Then stuffs him at buzzer.

People using this GSW season to slander Steph’s legacy, I hate to see it

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 00:47 (four years ago) link

a fun exercise for some writer this season will be to figure out if a player as good as steph has ever played with a roster this bad

call all destroyer, Monday, 28 October 2019 00:54 (four years ago) link

smh shd be using this opportunity to slander dray xp

Kobe isn’t in Steph’s league

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:04 (four years ago) link

If the warriors are a 30 win team that really may be the first time that’s happened with a top 10 all-time player near his prime

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:07 (four years ago) link

bron had some worse teams def

lag∞n, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:12 (four years ago) link

he was real young tho, hadn't figured out the game or himself the way steph has at this point

Clay, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:15 (four years ago) link

This was a worse roster. Would not win 35 games in the 2019 west

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:17 (four years ago) link

so the blazers closing lineup now features bazemore, hood, and hezonja?

micah, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:34 (four years ago) link

the '08 cavs definitely come to mind. we'll need some time to see how bad the other warriors actually are but the falloff from their top 4 guys to guys who aren't nba players is more extreme than any team i can remember.

call all destroyer, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:49 (four years ago) link

btw nice win for the grizz at the buzzer!

call all destroyer, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:51 (four years ago) link

blazers added so many new guys i'm pretty sure they'll be doing lineup tweaks deep into winter xps

Clay, Monday, 28 October 2019 01:51 (four years ago) link

this warriors team is the exact type of hangover you should have to deal with after hollowing your team out to run 4 all stars

ciderpress, Monday, 28 October 2019 02:12 (four years ago) link

what clay said. also, stotts is known for riding with any player(s) who he thinks is playing well.

A is for (Aimless), Monday, 28 October 2019 02:12 (four years ago) link

blazers won tonight partially because of a well-deployed coach's challenge from stotts, so i guess that really is a thing now

Clay, Monday, 28 October 2019 02:15 (four years ago) link

Wiggins had a big game
this Wolves team is fun
