I do think some of what makes Dril work is his opacity/mystique and can see how this representation of him might color the way people see his tweets moving forward. You don't have to watch it, though.

Feel like dril's power is in the medium but I'm thrilled he's gotten a show. Haven't read the book, worried it would ruin mystique - is it any good?

yes, but his comic sharpness and quick wit in this format is astounding, he is a master improviser

haven't watched the adult swim show yet but ya derek has been one of my favs on twitter for as long as i can remember

I struggled through ten minutes of ep 2 and gave up

sort of the wrong episode & gave up too fast

i watched about 75% of the first ep and wasn't super impressed but i'd check it out again
