True, but if Billy lost Phil Collins' number, Phil wouldn't be able to find him. And Billy would presumably do harm to himself or others. Rikki, on the other hand, would more than likely have taken the advice of sending the number (of Donald Fagen?) off in a letter to herself, thereby assuring that even if she lost the number, it would arrive in the mail as a back-up.
