its cool cos vince carter is exactly the type of player that everyone figured would have a short career and whos game would fall off a cliff as soon as the athleticism was gone. plus he was always injured and seemed like a baby tbf. old vince has atoned for all of young vinces nba shortcomings.

vince loves to hoop. i always wonder about off-court contributions for guys who play a really long time. i haven't read much about vince lately, but i assume old vince is probably easy to get along with, helpful to the young guys, etc. or he wouldn't have stuck around so long.

Ha. I was shocked when I saw the gym in that Netlix doc on Chinle Tigers. All of the towns on the rez are relatively small, and Chinle isn't even the biggest one! And obv the entire rez is far from wealthy.
