I grew up with guns and my dad's a nut on the subject, but I grew up hearing about the evils of lending guns even to your closest relative.

I have fractionally more sympathy for gun fans who are strictly adherent to safety rules, don't keep their guns loaded, and harbor no siege fantasies, and I bet they're going to wish they spoke up more loudly before their hobby got taken over by murderous clods and the gun manufacturers who manipulated them

Steve King at least correctly identifies as "prisons" those facilities where the immigrants who are asking for asylum from violence and injustice in their home countries are being housed by the US government.
