I'd seriously consider that deal if I'm the Hornets. this team is almost certainly fucked either way for the next 1-2 years minimum anyway. they're obviously not signing anybody good except Kemba, who'd then be on their books for five years. otoh I think if they actually made some good selections (big if) they could build around that Memphis pick plus their own picks over the next couple of years plus Bridges and Washington, both of whom I like.

getting horf and gordon (and hopefully terry!) out of the mix is prob enough to solve their not enough shots for everyone issue, kemba->jayson->jaylen is a totally reasonable offensive hierarchy

anyone who thinks al horford is robbing them of scoring opportunities probably shouldn't be playing pro basketball
