Just woke up and saw the news about Klay.... So horrible, the price the Warriors paid this year was insane

rough news whatre the warriors even gonna look like next year, maybe steph shd fake an injury

2 players who were up for a max contact w/ bad injuries no clue what's gonna happen now

i don't begrudge the raptors their championship but i've never seen a team hit that kind of a run of bad luck all at once; devil really came due

on the other hand lebron prob has a window to make the finals one more time now if he can recruit any one other good player

hamstring injuries/weakness I guess have some correlation w/increased likelihood of torn ACLs but it’s probably not a big enough correlation to have sat Klay right? At least not at this stage of the playoffs.

One thing I've heard a few times the past couple of weeks is that the Warriors were almost victimized by their own success--that when you have a run like they've had, your key players end up playing almost an extra season's worth of games.

I don't think there are many Raptors fans who believe we would have won a full-strength series--likely a sweep, maybe five. But there are other ways to look at the series that was played--I won't enumerate them here--that cast us in a good light.

yeah dubs have played a ton of games and their bench has completely deteriorated, lot of stress on the stars

the league looks wiiiiiiiiiide open next year now. there are legit like 10 teams that can make offseason moves to contend now.

yeah steph didnt shoot well last night for sure. but dont forget he shot three full court heaves at the end of quarters so he doesnt care about his shooting %'s. im more confused by kerr not putting the ball in his hands and just letting him go to work. he had ZERO iso plays in the 4th and only a couple PNRs.

he was below 50% FG each game of Finals, that's about all I can criticize. thought he actually played good D at a few key moments in various games.

raps were swarming him and the dubs didnt have scorers to make them pay

him and dray def made some bad decisions but thats what happens when youre over matched, which of course leads to exhaustion which compounds things
