the swoosh is rotated too far off its conventional axis, that's like something every brand book in the universe says not to do with the logo probably

i still have major gripes but whatever. this is an improvement at least. THE BAY logo is kinda vintage cool tho.

that logo is better without the word 'BAY" awkwardly intersecting the top of it, and the "BAY" logotype would be better if it were all script

I also think the residual serifs on the new font look dumb as hell when set on an arc like that, produces an unwelcome sensation of having to rotate your head to follow the letters around the circle
