I don't really care what he's like as a person, that Paul McCartney thing was great.

Dom was right about something, amazing.
Yeah the restaurant owner, mad props for him standing up for his wait staff. The average owner would just let him do as he pleases and tell the staff to suck it up

i'm not sure if the one about how he completely ignores his family (crying newborn child and wife) on the plane was pretty funny. plus i learned that patrick stewart had beef with him. how the fuck do you get on patrick stewart's bad side

sorry, mangled my first sentence there, but i meant that i'm not sure if the story about him on the plane is true or not. it's all just anecdotal, like all the rest. but there sure are a lot of people who have an anecdote about him being bad

Late with this, but since due to the strikes CBS hasn't been able to start production on their intended Corden replacement (a reboot of @midnight), they've gone with...reruns and previously unseen episodes of Byron Allen's Comics Unleashed, a syndicated panel show that ceased production in 2016.
Yeah.

After Midnight (the delayed CBS Corden replacement) has a host and is happening next year
https://www.nytimes.com/2023/11/01/arts/television/taylor-tomlinson-after-midnight-host-stephen-colbert.html
In a shake-up of the late-night television landscape, the stand-up comic Taylor Tomlinson, 29, will take over the time slot after “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” on CBS. The move makes her not just the only woman in the job on a late-night show on network television now, but also the youngest by two decades.Tomlinson will serve as host of “After Midnight,” based on “@midnight With Chris Hardwick,” a series that premiered on Comedy Central in 2013 and was canceled four years later. That show, with Hardwick as the host, featured a panel of comics.Among the executive producers of the new show is Stephen Colbert, who announced the news on his program on Wednesday. Tomlinson will start in 2024.

The announcement from last night.
So now just a couple months or so of vintage Comics Unleashed episodes left, and trying to figure out if any of the panelists later died by autoerotic asphyxiation at a Holiday Inn during the middle of a weeklong stand at The Chuckle Hut in Tuscaloosa.

No such luck (yet), but last night they ran one with David Brenner, who died almost 10 years ago.
